Southbourne Tennis Club successfully provides social and competitive tennis for people of all ages and all abilities. We are winners of the Dorset LTA Club of the Year and have, amongst our members, some of the best players in Dorset. New members are always welcome.

WE GOT FIT, HAD FUN AND RAISED £480 FOR 'CHILDREN IN NEED'
Southbourne Tennis Club ran a whole day of Cardio Tennis sessions on Friday, 18th November from 10 am until 7 pm and raised £480 for 'Children in Need'.
All sessions were free. Donations were given by all participants, club members who enjoyed refreshments and people who sponsored Southbourne Tennis Coaches (David Sanger, Zoltan Horvath, James Burr and Ray Burningham) who ran and joined in with the sessions all day.
Thank you to all who donated and gave up their time on the day.
The day was a huge success and we raised much more money than we expected. On the day over 70 people attended the Cardio Tennis sessions from children aged 5 up to adults over 65. An enjoyable time was had by all, everyone had lots of fun and benefited from a great workout at the same time.
We will be running Cardio Tennis sessions from January 2012, a great way of getting fit and having fun. You don't have to be able to play tennis to take part.
